Abstract

The chargino pair production processes at e⁺e^- collisions are explored to reconstruct the fundamental SUSY parameters: the SU(2) gaugino parameter M₂, the higgsino mass parameter μ and tanβ. Both CP-conserving and CP-violating SUSY sectors are discussed.
