We discuss recent achievements in light scalar mesons spectroscopy through amplitude analysis of charm particle decay and its consequences. The high statistics clean samples of charmed mesons, in addition to it's definite JP and mass, is turning these decays into a new important environment to study light meson physics. We give special attention to the scalar sector favored by a high coupling to charm.
