Facile simple co-precipitation to fabricate a CuO nanoparticles via green synthesis by using Citrus limetta extract. The synthesized samples were analysed using X-ray diffraction analysis and the highest crystallinity was contemplated for CuO nanoparticles was carried out by green synthetic protocols using Citrus limetta extract. CuO nanoparticles was synthesized and its crystallinity were optimized with modicum amount of copper. The optical morphological properties of the CuO nanoparticles were studied using UV, SEM, AFM, FE-SEM, Zeta-potential, FT-IR, TEM and EDX. The CuO nanoparticles shows more superior catalytic activity in various reactions without any phase transfer agents, toxic solvents and inert atmosphere, especially, allowing a maximum conversion and also give a good yields.
