We compiled 1,485 georeferenced vegetation plots across south-central Chile and named Parcelas-CL (parcelas means plots in Spanish). We harmonized data through taxonomic standardization and spatial alignment. Parcelas-CL spans a broad latitudinal range but shows uneven spatial distribution, with a sampling bias in central Chile between 1976 and 2026. Most plots include abundance data (75%), while others are limited to presence-absence records. Parcelas-CL includes 676 plant species, mainly woody species.
