ABSTRACT Chromatographic methods for cannabinoid analysis currently face limitations, including lengthy procedures, artifact formation, and reliance on reference standards. This study establishes a robust quantitative 1 H‐NMR methodology for simultaneous analysis of acidic and neutral cannabinoids (THCA, CBDA, Δ 9 ‐THC, CBD, and CBN) in Cannabis sativa extracts. Two validated strategies, internal standard (butylated hydroxytoluene [BHT]) and ERETIC calibration, were compared, with diagnostic signals identified in interference‐free spectral regions. The method demonstrated high precision (RSD < 5%), accuracy (recoveries 97%–102%), and low detection limits (MLOD 0.07 mg/mL). ERETIC outperformed traditional calibration by eliminating physical standards while maintaining equivalency. Successful chemotypic classification (THC:CBD ratios) confirmed practical applicability. The ERETIC‐based NMR approach provides a rapid and reproducible alternative for comprehensive cannabinoid quantification without derivatization.
