ANALYSIS OF THE SUBJECTIVE SIGNS OF THE CRIME OF INTENTIONAL DESTRUCTION OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Abstract

This article is about the subjective signs of one of the crimes prohibited by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and considered a socially dangerous act, that is, the crime of intentional destruction or damage to property. The article discusses not only the subjective side of this socially dangerous act, but also the subject of this crime, what kind of harm is a crime, what are the aggravating circumstances of this crime, the types of sanctions applied to the guilty party, in which case he is released from responsibility, as well as suggestions and comments.
