Abstract

We survey the well-known Yangian of \widehat\mathfrakgl₁ /quantum toroidal \mathfrakgl₁ action on the cohomology / K-theory of moduli spaces of stable sheaves on surfaces, and give the generalization of this construction to elliptic cohomology.
