This scoping review aims to map and describe digital interventions aimed at reducing the use of Electronic Smoking Devices (ESDs) among adolescents and young people. Based on the PRISMA-ScR guidelines and the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Manual, searches were conducted in five databases (MEDLINE/PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, and LILACS/BVS), resulting in the inclusion of 14 studies. The interventions identified included mobile applications, text messages, social media, video games, and websites. The findings indicate that such digital strategies have the potential to support the prevention and cessation of ESDs use in this population, although there are still gaps in methodological standardization, geographic diversity, and long-term evaluation. This review contributes to the field by systematizing current knowledge and indicating directions for future research.
