The spontaneous generation of the chromomagnetic field at high temperature is investigated in a lattice formulation of the SU(2)-gluodynamics. The procedure of studying this phenomenon is developed. The Monte Carlo simulations of the free energy on the lattices 2 × 83, 2× 163 and 4 × 83 at various temperatures are carried out. The creation of the field is indicated by means of the χ2-analysis of the data set accumulating 5-10 millions MC configurations. A comparison with the results of other approaches is done.
