Aortic dissection is a rare and a serious condition in which a tear occurs in the inner layer of the body's main artery (aorta), We report the case of a 27-year-old woman, already diagnosed with Marfan's disease and operated 1 year ago for Bentall surgery. She was pregnant at 7 weeks of amenorrhea. A therapeutic termination of pregnancy was proposed after recent cardiologic consultation and exploration for transfixing chest pain: Transesophageal echocardiography showed type III aortic dissection and Computed tomography angiography confirmed the dissection of thoracic and abdominal aorta type B of the Stanford classification. This dissection was extended to the aortic bifurcation. The patient was informed of the high anesthetic risk. The act took place without incident.
