Abstract

In this note, we will compute some Gromoll filtration groups Γⁿ⁺¹_i+1 for certain i when 8≤ n ≤ 17 and n=4k+2≥ 18. We will also use these results to obtain some information of π₁Diff_∂ (Dⁿ) when 6≤ n ≤ 15 and π₂ Diff_∂ (D^4k+3) when 4k+3≥ 15.
