Die vorliegende Untersuchung widmet sich der Leichten Sprache (LS) als potenzielle Brückensprache für DaF-Lernende und beleuchtet die lexikografische Darstellung von Fachbegriffen aus den Bereichen Informatik und Künstliche Intelligenz in LS-Wörterbüchern. Mittels einer qualitativen und quantitativen Analyse wird ermittelt, in welchem Umfang diese Fachbegriffe in LS-Wörterbüchern vertreten sind und welche Strategien zur semantischen Vereinfachung angewendet werden. Hieraus resultieren Reflexionen zum Einsatz von LS-Wörterbüchern für den Erwerb des Fachwortschatzes in der DaF-Didaktik sowie die Beleuchtung der Spannungsfelder zwischen Fachsprachlichkeit und sprachlicher Zugänglichkeit. This study investigates German Easy Language (Leichte Sprache, LS) as a potential bridge language for learners of German as a foreign language (DaF), with a particular focus on the lexicographic representation of specialized terminology from the fields of informatics and artificial intelligence in LS dictionaries. Using a qualitative and quantitative approach, the study examines the presence of these terms in LS dictionaries and the strategies employed for semantic simplification. Ultimately, the study examines the implications of LS dictionaries for the acquisition of technical vocabulary in German as a foreign language teaching contexts, as well as the tension between terminological precision in specialized language and linguistic accessibility in simplified discourse.
