Abstract

This study investigates the incidence, types, causes, and evolution of these injuries to develop effective prevention strategies. Findings can be applied to similar training programs in military and other physically demanding professions. Strengths: Longitudinal Design: Analyzes injury trends over eight years across eight BCT batches. Detailed Data Collection: Captures comprehensive injury data (type, cause, severity) for in-depth analysis. Focus on Specific Causes: Identifies the mechanisms behind different injuries, leading to targeted prevention strategies.
