This registration documents the protocol for a scoping review investigating the synergistic effects of nano-curcumin supplementation combined with structured exercise interventions in women diagnosed with lifestyle-related diseases. The review addresses the significant burden of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and osteoarthritis among women, conditions that are influenced by hormonal fluctuations, metabolic dysfunction, and sociocultural determinants. The rationale for this research stems from emerging evidence suggesting that nano-curcumin, a bioavailable formulation of the phytochemical curcumin with enhanced absorption and potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, may provide additive or synergistic benefits when combined with exercise therapy. While exercise remains a cornerstone intervention for lifestyle-related diseases, the potential for nano-curcumin to enhance exercise-induced adaptations through modulation of inflammatory pathways, oxidative stress markers, and metabolic parameters warrants systematic investigation.
