We study the effect of scalar-isoscalar f0(980) meson in the mechanism of the radiative ϕ→ π+π-γ decay. A phenomenological approach is used to study this decay by considering the contributions of σ-meson, ρ-meson and f0(980)-meson. The interference effects between different contributions are analyzed and the branching ratio for this decay is calculated. We observe that f0 meson contribution is much larger than the contributions of the other terms.
