Since the “AI+” initiative was first proposed in the Chinese government's work report in 2024, the integration of AI technology with the financial, educational, and medical fields has become increasingly close, and it has provided tremendous impetus and productivity for the whole society. However, while bringing epoch-making opportunities and convenience, AI technology has also brought some troubles and challenges to its users. In this regard, AI literacy has begun to attract much attention in order to enable individuals to better utilize AI to the fullest in their studies, work, and life and to avoid safety, ethical, and other issues related to AI technology. Artificial intelligence literacy mainly refers to the comprehensive ability of an individual to be able to be aware of and understand AI technologies in practical applications, to skillfully use AI technologies to accomplish tasks, to analyze and critically evaluate data and information provided by AI, and to cultivate respect for one's own personal responsibilities and mutual rights and obligations. In recent years, AI technologies such as mobile applications and clinical decision support systems have been put to use on a large scale in areas such as chronic disease medication and nutrition management. Meanwhile, healthcare professionals, as the main practitioners and participants of the above technologies, their proper understanding and use of AI technologies is very important. In this regard, exploring the content of AI literacy is of positive significance in helping healthcare workers to fully utilize AI technologies. Therefore, this study intends to adopt the scope review reporting framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley to describe and analyze the domestic and international literature related to this field in order to comprehensively understand the impact of AI literacy on healthcare workers, the factors influencing the level of healthcare workers' AI literacy, and the related assessment tools and intervention methods, with a view to providing relevant scholars with a certain amount of references for the subsequent research.
