The aim of the GEO-K-PHYTO project is to set up and test operational aspects of an epidemiologicalcancer surveillance system linked to residential environmental exposure to agricultural plant protectionproducts in France. The methods used to identify agricultural plots using AI, combined with data fromFrench population-based cancer registries, shows the feasibility and viability of such a system. Finally,we validated the proposed tool analyzing the potential relationship between residential proximity tocropland and occurrence of haematopoietic cancers (blood, bone marrow and lymph node tissue).
