Abstract

In the present investigation the model of preons and their composites is constructed in the framework of the superstring-inspired flipped E6× E6 gauge group of symmetry which reveals a generalized dual symmetry. We assume that preons are dyons, which in our model are confined by hyper-magnetic strings - composite N = 1 supersymmetric non-Abelian flux tubes created by the condensation of spreons near the Planck scale. We show that the six types of strings having fluxes Φn = nΦ0 (n = ± 1,± 2,± 3) produce three generations of composite quark-leptons and bosons. We give an explanation of hierarchies of masses in the Standard Model. The following values of masses obtained in our preonic model: mt≈ 173 GeV, mc≈ 1 GeV and mu≈ 4 MeV, mb ≈ 4 GeV, ms≈ 140 MeV and md≈ 4 MeV, mτ≈ 2 GeV and mμ≈ 100 MeV, are in agreement with the experimentally known results. The following left-handed neutrino masses are predicted: m1≈ 1.3× 10-3 eV, m2≈ 9.2× 10-3 eV, m3≈ 5.0× 10-2 eV - for direct hierarchy, m1≈ 0.73× 10-2 eV, m2≈ 7.4× 10-2 eV, m3≈ 5.5× 10-2 eV - for inverted hierarchy.
