Abstract

This work deals with the design of a sliding mode observer with a\nmulti-surfaces sliding mode multimodel control (SM-MMC) for a mechanical\nsensorless pumping system. The observer is designed to estimate the speed and\nthe mechanical position of the DC motor operating in the process. Robustness\ntests validated by simulation show the effectiveness of the sliding mode\nobserver associated with this control approach (SM-MMC).\n
