Abstract: This paper attempts to identify and analyze rhetorical devices in “The Road Not Taken” a poem by Robert Frost. It provides the essential of the subject matter and discusses the rhetorical devices per stanza. The paper aims at identifying and analyzing the figurative language found in the poem so as to facilitate learners from the Democratic Republic of Congo acquire the figurative language in literature.
