Abstract

In this paper it is dealt with the following system of difference equations\n xn+1=((an)/(xn))+((bn)/(yn)),\nyn+1=((cn)/(xn))+((dn)/(yn)), n in N0,\n where the initial values x0,y0 are positive real numbers and the\ncoefficients (an)n>=0, (bn)n>=0, (cn)n>=0, (dn)n>=0 are\ntwo-periodic sequences with positive terms. The system is an extention of a\nsystem that every positive solution is two-periodic or converges to its a\ntwo-periodic solution. Here, the long-term behavior of posistive solutions of\nthe system is examined by using a new method to solve the system.\n
