Newtonian Gravity was accurate until anomalies were revealed, in an isotropic universe. Then a new paradigm of Gravity was proposed but this new Gravity also suffered the same fate of anomalies being revealed, in an isotropic universe. Now, the only other option is proposed, a new paradigm of the universe, an anisotropic universe. In this paper, gravitational phenomena are analysed using Classical Physics, but in an anisotropic universe, where an external mass creates gravity which is external to, yet pervades, our Visible Sphere, as anisotropic gravity Λ which therefore redefines G as anisotropic Gravitational Variable Ⓖ. This ‘external’ gravity eliminates anomalies in Classical Physics, for gravitational phenomena which includes the anomalous flybys, orbital precessions, Pioneers and galaxy rotations. Physical anomalies such as the physical cause of the expanding universe, Baryonic Asymmetry, Missing Antimatter, Large-scale structures and UHECR are also resolved.
