Abstract

To have command over increasingly complicated social, political, economic and\nenvironmental challenges, fragmentary knowledge, or rather the simple\naccumulation of basic research is inadequate (Kim). International affairs\nprofessionals operating in government, academia and the private sector are\nprogressively more aware that access to, and the blending of, interdisciplinary\npolicy-related knowledge is critical to effective problem solving and\ndecision-making. But how can one do so effectively?\n
