Let Gℚp be the absolute Galois group of ℚp and let L be a finite extension of ℚp. Moreover let ρ:Gℚp→ GLn(kL) be a continous representation of Gℚp, where kL is the residue field of L and n is a natural number greater than 1. We find sufficient conditions for which a trianguline representation ρ:Gℚp→ GLn(L) lifting ρ is a point of the trianguline variety associated to ρ.
