L’Occident, ses élites et sa démocratie sont en crise depuis longtemps. Dans ce cadre, les rapports entre civilisation et étranger, citoyen et non-citoyen, spectateur et œuvre sont renversés par rapport au temps qui fut. À bien des égards, les principes qui animent les cybercultures dans ce qu’elles ont de plus souterrain, sombre et subversif agissent dans les interstices où la civilisation n’a plus de marge de manœuvre, là où elle a épuisé sa force en montrant son point de saturation. Abstract : The West, its elites and its democracy have long been in crisis. In this context, the relationship between civilization and foreigner, citizen and non-citizen, spectator and work of art has been turned on its head. In many ways, the principles that drive cybercultures at their most subterranean, dark and subversive operate in the interstices where civilization no longer has room to maneuver, where it has exhausted its strength by showing its saturation point.
