Hemophagocytic syndrome is a rare and life-threatening disease. It is characterized by clinical signs that are not very specific and by biological elements. Their association must evoke the diagnosis. It can be classified as primary or secondary. Associated diseases are multiple requiring an exhaustive etiological assessment. Its prognosis is still unclear. An early diagnosis and immediate therapeutic intervention are essential.
