We present the comaprative study of semileptonic and leptonic decays of Ds,D± and D0 meson (D\rightarrowM lα+lβ-,D\rightarrowlα+lβ-,D\rightarrowlα+vα;α,β=e,μ) within the framework of R-parity violating (Rp) Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). The comparison shows that combination and product couplings (λβiαλijq'∗ or λβqk'λαjk'∗) contribution to the branching fractions of the said processes rocesses(under consideration) is consistent or comparable to the experimental measurements in most of the cases. However, there exists some cases, where these contributions are suppressed but still comparable to that of standard model.
