In this paper we have studied the flow and heat transfer in a viscous fluid\nby a horizontal sheet. The stretching rate and temperature of the sheet vary\nwith time. The governing equations for momentum and thermal energy are reduced\nto ordinary differential equations by means of similarity transformation. These\nequations are solved approximately by means of the Optimal Homotopy Asymptotic\nMethod (OHAM) which provides us with a convenient way to control the\nconvergence of approximation solutions and adjust convergence rigorous when\nnecessary. Some examples are given and the results obtained reveal that the\nproposed method is effective and easy to use.\n
