Abstract

We present measurements of single- and double-differential cross-sections in\nt\t final states in the lepton+jets channel, unfolded to particle and\nparton levels with both resolved and boosted topologies considered. Fully\ncorrected spectra are presented as functions of the top-quark as well as\nt\t system kinematic variables and jet multiplicities in data from pp\ncollisions at \√(s)=13 TeV collected in 2015 and 2016 by the ATLAS\ndetector at the LHC, corresponding to integrated luminosity of\n36 ,\fb-1 . Measurements provided detailed information on the\ntop-quark production and decay, enabling precision tests of modern Monte Carlo\ngenerators as well as latest fixed-order Standard Model predictions. Good\nagreement between the theoretical predictions and the data is observed within\nreduced systematic uncertainties w.r.t. previous ATLAS measurements.\n
