Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is increasingly prevalent in pediatric populations. The management of T2DM in children and adolescents poses unique challenges, necessitating a comprehensive approach. This review critically evaluates the efficacy and safety of SGLT2 inhibitors in the pediatric treatment of T2DM.
