Abstract

In this article, expert members of the Mesothelioma Domain of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer Staging and Prognostic Factors Group outline the rationale for the updated ninth edition TNM staging system for pleural mesothelioma, providing a comprehensive approach for implementation in clinical practice.
