Abstract

In this paper, we introduce two distinct discrete forms of Appell function F2. We determine their convergence domains, integral representations as well as difference-differential equations that are satisfied by these discrete analogues of F2. We have also obtained the difference-differential formulas, finite and infinite summation formulas, and a complete list of difference-differential recursion relations obeyed by these discrete functions.
