The article examines the progress of the "e-Government" system in Uzbekistan, emphasising the reforms carried out and future plans. It outlines the steps taken to broaden online services, strengthen digital infrastructure, and enhance the effectiveness of public administration. Furthermore, the article illuminates initiatives to automate electronic public services, refine data utilisation mechanisms, and elevate digital literacy among the population. Additionally, suggestions and recommendations for utilising international best practices to enhance e-Government performance indicators are discussed.
