Abstract

Metric entropies along a hierarchy of unstable foliations are investigated for C¹ diffeomorphisms with dominated splitting. The analogues of Ruelle's inequality and Pesin's formula, which relate the metric entropy and Lyapunov exponents in each hierarchy, are given.
