Snapshots Left paraduodenal hernia: an cause of chronic abdominal painA 32-year-old man presented with acute intestinal obstruction.He reported a past history of recurrent abdominal pain and vomiting since childhood.At laparotomy, a defect was seen in the mesocolon with herniation of the small bowel through it, displacing the splenic flexure and left colon anteriorly.Reduction of bowel with primary repair of the defect was performed.
