Abstract

This umbrella review aims to synthesise existing evidence on the effectiveness of different types of interventions in supporting the mental health of health professionals. The study is an attempt to answer what type of intervention is most effective in supporting the mental health of health professionals by assessing the published systematic reviews on this topic and identify key factors affecting the effectiveness of mental health support for healthcare professionals.
