We present a way to determine the spin and parity of a resonance produced through gluon fusion with a decay to a γγ pair based on the transverse momentum and Collins-Soper ϕ distribution. This method also allows one to distinguish between various non-minimal coupling spin-2 scenarios and can be used in parallel to the `standard' method based on the polar angle θ.
