Abstract

Data set, codes and results related to the article "Evaluating multi-season occupancy models with autocorrelation fitted to heterogeneous datasets", accepted for publication in the Journal of Agricultural, Biological and Environmental Statistics (JABES). The PDF of supplementary information, the readme files, and the results of the multitemporal site occupation models adjusted to empirical and simulated data (RData format) are stored in this repository. The figures presented in the main text and supplementary information (as well as other relevant figures) are also stored in the present repository.
