This project is a rapid review analyzing the reliability and cost of the most commonly used dosimeters for personal ultraviolet (UV) radiation monitoring. The study aims to identify the most frequently employed dosimeters for monitoring UVR and assess their reliability and cost-effectiveness for measuring individual UV exposure. The research followed systematic review guidelines, including the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. The study involved a comprehensive search of multiple databases, covering publications from 2005 to 2023, and focused on three main types of dosimeters: photosensitive, photochromic, and electronic.
