High precision physics at future colliders requires unprecedented highly\ngranular calorimeters for the application of the Particle Flow (PF) algorithm.\nThe physical proof of concept was given in the previous campaign of beam tests\nof physic prototypes within the CALICE collaboration. We present here the\nlatest beam and laboratory test results and R&D developments for the\nSilicon-Tungsten Electromagnetic Calorimeter technological prototype with fully\nembedded very front-end (VFE) electronics for the International Large Detector\nat the International Linear Collider project.\n
