We study the decays of top squarks and bottom squarks in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model with complex parameters At, Ab and mu. In a large region of the supersymmetric parameter space the branching ratios of stop1 and sbottom1 show a pronounced phase dependence. This could have an important impact on the search for stop1 and sbottom1 at a future linear collider and on the determination of the supersymmetric parameters.
