LSST will supply up to 106 supernovae (SNe) to constrain dark energy\nthrough the distance-redshift (DL-z) test. Obtaining spectroscopic SN\nredshifts (spec-zs) is unfeasible; alternatives are suboptimal and may be\nbiased. We propose a powerful multi-tracer generalization of the\nAlcock-Paczynski test that pairs redshift-free distance tracers and an\noverlapping galaxy redshift survey. Cross-correlating 5\× 104\nredshift-free SNe with DESI or Euclid outperforms the classical DL-z test\nwith spec-zs for all SN. Our method also applies to gravitational wave sirens\nor any redshift-free distance tracer.\n
