Abstract

This project investigates a causal-symmetric formulation of spacetime in which the flow of time emerges from finite informational coupling between cosmological boundary conditions. Building on an informational law for quantum dynamics, the framework introduces a scale-dependent conductivity parameter κ(a) that links microscopic irreversibility, entropy production, and cosmological expansion. The research unifies quantum informational principles with relativistic geometry through a covariant action, demonstrating how curvature and temporal flow arise from informational dynamics. The project aims to provide a testable informational model of time that connects cosmological observations with precision quantum experiments, establishing a new foundation for emergent spacetime physics.
