Experimental semi -dry foods have been elaborated and tested on fingerlings of sea bass Dicentrarchus labrax and sea bream Sparus aurata during the pre-growth and growth stage. The results show that the sea bream passes from 3.7g to 135.6g after 224 days of rearing, with a final survival rate of 94% and conversion rate of 2.1(in pre-growth) and 2.7 (in growth). Sea bass passes from 2.2g to 60.2g in 212 days, with a final survival rate of 78.5% and a conversion rate of 3 (in pre-growth) and 6.9 (in growth). These foods seem to be adapted for the sea bream, but nutritional uncertainties always stay for their use to sea bass
