Abstract

One prevalent malignant maximum of the gastrointestinal tract is colon cancer. Surgical resection is the primary treatment at the moment, though it can be used in conjunction with other therapies. However, colon cancer is prone to relapse and metastasis; therefore, there is an urgent need for an effective anti-cancer medicine. Treatment efficacy is very low. The current investigation sought to confirm the   of nano chitosan Cephalexin to induce ROS production in the HCT-29 colon cancer cell line and the effectiveness of its suppression of colon cancer metastasis. In this study, FT- IR and 1HNMR techniques were used to manufacture and analyze Nano chitosan- Cephalexin. In this work used AO/EtBr staining, qRT-PCR to measure p53 gene expression, and assessment of ROS generation to examine the impact of NPs on apoptosis. Our research yielded positive outcomes when   Cephalexin and Nano Chitosan were combined.  The reason is the urgent need for the drug to retain its advantages for a longer period until it reaches specific parts of the body more efficiently, without harming any other parts of the body. While biological effectiveness which show a high in inhibition the quick diffusion of colon cancer in the cells. Where our results show that exposure to Nano chitosan- Cephalexin caused induce ROS production in   colon cancer cell line HCT-29. and increased gene expression of p53   confirmed Nano chitosan- Cephalexin induced apoptosis pathway in HCT-29 cells.
