Il ms. Paris Fr. 1761 contiene il volgarizzamento del Salterio attribuito a Pierre de Paris, seguito da un trattatello adespoto e anepigrafo. Quest’ultimo risulta essere la traduzione francese dell’opuscolo latino intitolato De sex alis cherubim (sec. XII). Lo studio mostra come il volgarizzamento del De sex alis non costituisca una sezione a sé stante rispetto al Salterio, ma come la sua presenza sia pienamente giustificabile entro il ms. Fr. 1761, come parte di progetto editoriale coerente. Ms. Paris BnF Fr. 1761 contains the translation of the Psalter by Pierre de Paris followed by an anonymous and anepigraphic treatise. This last work appears to be a French translation of the Latin pamphlet De sex alis cherubim (12th c.). The essay shows how the translation of the De sex alis does not constitute a separate section with respect to the Psalter, but how its presence is fully justifiable within the ms. Fr. 1761, as part of a coherent editorial project.
