Abstract

This systematic review aims to investigate the accuracy, trueness, and precision of intraoral scanning when applied to different restorative and prosthetic materials. Considering the growing use of digital workflows in dentistry, understanding how various materials influence intraoral scanner performance is essential for clinical reliability and decision-making. The objective of this study was to answer the question "What is the accuracy, trueness, and precision of intraoral scanning of different restorative and prosthetic materials?”
