Abstract

The term \Θ\ε\μ\ν\ρ\σF\μ\νF\ρ\σ, when\nadded to the electromagnetic Lagrangian -1 over 16\πF\μ\νF\μ\ν,\ndoes not change the signature of the Lagrangian. Actually, it increases the\npart with negative kinetic energy term at the spatial infinity. For this reason\nit does not change the conclusion, that at the spatial infinity the magnetic\npart of the electromagnetic field should be absent.\n
