Abstract

We effectively conclude the local rigidity program for generic restrictions\nof partially hyperbolic Weyl chamber flows. Our methods replace and extend\nprevious ones by circumventing computations made in Schur multipliers. Instead,\nwe construct a natural topology on H₂(G,\ℤ), and rely on classical\nLie structure theory for central extensions.\n
