We effectively conclude the local rigidity program for generic restrictions\nof partially hyperbolic Weyl chamber flows. Our methods replace and extend\nprevious ones by circumventing computations made in Schur multipliers. Instead,\nwe construct a natural topology on H2(G,\ℤ), and rely on classical\nLie structure theory for central extensions.\n
