Coeliac disease is an auto-immune enteropathy induced by gliadin ingestion. It has a prevalence of 0. 6% in Tunsia. We report the cases of 3 children followed up for celiac disease, respectively diagnosed at 3, 5 and 8 years old. Gluten free diet was followed correctly for the 3 children with a good clinical response and a negative celiac serologic testing. However, a slowing of the growth rate was observed, thus, endocrinologic and genetic exames were performed, revealing respectively a Turner syndrome, a Growth hormone (GH) de- ficiency and an anssociation GH and adrenal deficiency. GH supplementation was administered to all child- ren, associated to Hydrocortisone in the third child, conducting to the improvement of statural prognosis in the first and third children. The second children has just began GH supplementation.
